WOOD FRAMING
This assignment was to
demonstrate the
understanding of basic
floor and wall section
detailing for a wood
framed structure in
AutoCAD. Here
shows a PDF file and
attached is an image of
the title block and the
wall section itself. This image also displays the assembly of the wall details and the dimensions which they need to be in order to properly construct a wall structure.

This assignment was a
two part assignment
that demonstrated the
understanding of
materials and cost matrix.

wall section, floor plan

cost matrix. This image
displays the assembly of
the wall details and the dimensions in which they need to be in order to properly construct a proper wall structure and also the complete descriptions of the materials I would likely use for the wall assembly.

construct a roofing soffit,
exterior elevations, and
also basement detailing on
the section view.

This assignment was an
assignment that
demonstrated the
understanding of how to
fix our errors that we had
in our past assignments.
Here I changed a lot of my
detailing; for example, my
titles, section cuts, door
and window types with
labeling, etc. Here shows
a PDF file and attached is
two images; the first image has the detailed floor plan with dimensions, roofing plan, and cost estimate matrix, and the second image has the detailed wall section view, along with two exterior elevations of the house, and the door/window schedules with the elevations of those. as well.

Phase I:
This assignment was an
assignment based in the
software Revit 2020. This
assignment was to
understand the basic set
up for a floor plan with
dimensions by creating
the exact replica of the
AutoCAD version of my
previous assignments
shown above. Here shows
attached images of the
floor plan with dimensions and a basement floor plan to show you the layers of the home.

ASSIGNMENT
Phase II:
This assignment was an
assignment that
demonstrated the
understanding of how to
advance from our Phase I
assignment. In this phase
we added door tags,
window tags, schedules
for both, wall sections of
both the exterior and
interior walls, detail items
for our walls (for example,
insulation, lumber, etc.), stairs to our basement, and also our roofing structure that we incorporated in our AutoCAD assignment.

Final Project Phase III:
This assignment was the
final phase of both of our
assignments we had this
semester. This semester
we worked with both
AutoCAD and Revit and we
had to demonstrate the
understanding of how to
fix our errors that we had
in both our past
assignments. Here I had to
add in a bit of detailing;
like my detail bubbles.
